WHY WE PUBLISH A MANUAL.
At Aiku, we hold some values very close to our heart (our values). With publishing our manual, we want to pursue on being open, inclusive and receptive.
BE OPEN
We want to be open and transparent about how we do our work. Anyone who wants to work with us should be able to understand how we approach a job.
BE INCLUSIVE
We want to be inclusive. The manual helps us to welcome anyone outside of our organisation to do their work how we do it.
BE RECEPTIVE
We want to exchange thoughts and learn from others. Anyone is invited to comment on articles, or reach out to us to provide feedback.
WHY WE BUILD SOFTWARE.
At Aiku, we want to design and create software to change the world.
This might sound audacious at first. But we cannot find any good reason why not to craft superb products that aim at changing our users' experience to be easier, smarter, faster, better.
We understand our mission to give the power to change anything into the hands of our customers and users. And building software is our tool.
THE AIKU EXPERIENCE.
The Aiku Experience is a loop to empower you to be the best version of yourself and propel into a continuous mode of progress. It consists of three stages as follows.
